4. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including limitations on quantities available, inaccuracies in product or pricing information, or suspected fraud.

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided the order has not shipped. Once an order has shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

5. Shipping, Returns & Refunds

6. Payment & Chargebacks

All payments are processed securely through Shopify’s approved payment providers. Customers agree to contact Valley ATV, LLC directly to resolve any order-related issues before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

Unwarranted chargebacks or fraudulent disputes may result in account restrictions or refusal of future service.

7. Limitation of Liability

Valley ATV, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or the purchase or use of any products sold through the site.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
