Return Policy
Valley ATV, LLC
At Valley ATV, LLC, we want you to be confident in your purchase. Please review our return policy carefully before placing an order, as certain items are not eligible for return.
Our knowledgeable parts and service team is available to assist with product selection and fitment. If you have any questions or need clarification on part compatibility or fitment, please contact us before ordering.
We strongly encourage reaching out to ensure proper fitment and avoid return and restocking fees.

Return Eligibility
Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of the courier’s delivery date.
Items must be:
- New, unused, and in original condition
- Free of any signs of wear, use, installation, or mounting
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Helmets and safety gear (to protect integrity and safety)
- Electrical components
- Clearance and close-out items
- Fluids of any kind
- Any item showing wear, use, installation, or mounting
- Any item returned without an approved RMA number
Starting a Return (RMA Required)
All returns require an approved Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number prior to being sent back.

Returns submitted without an RMA number may be refused or returned to the customer at their expense.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must notify Valley ATV within 72 hours of delivery.
Please provide:
- One photo of the shipping box
- One photo of the entire item clearly showing the issue
Additional photos or information may be required to complete the claim. Items damaged after delivery or during customer handling are not considered defective.
Condition of Returned Items
Returned merchandise must:
- Be unused and uninstalled
- Be free from cosmetic damage (including scratches, scuffs, dents, dirt, odors, pet hair, or signs of installation or test fitting)
- Include all original packaging and contents
Items that do not meet these standards may be denied a refund and returned to the customer.
Packaging Your Return
All returns must include:
- Original manufacturer packaging
- Original packing slip
- All tags, labels, inserts, manuals, instructions, and protective materials
The approved RMA number must be clearly displayed on the packing slip and shipping label.
Shipping Your Return
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, unless the product is confirmed defective or incorrect by Valley ATV.
- If a return is approved as defective, Valley ATV will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
- We recommend using a carrier that provides tracking and insurance. Valley ATV is not responsible for lost, damaged, or misrouted return shipments.

Refunds & Processing Time
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
All approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Refunds will reflect the original product cost minus the 20% restocking fee.
Refused Shipments
Orders that are refused or returned to sender without prior authorization may be subject to:
- Original shipping costs
- Return shipping costs
- 20% restocking fee
These charges will be deducted from the refund amount.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided the order has not shipped.
If an order has already shipped, the customer will be responsible for:
- Original shipping costs
- Return shipping costs
- 20% restocking fee (if returned)
Chargebacks & Fraud Protection
Customers are required to follow the return and RMA procedures outlined above. Filing a chargeback without first contacting Valley ATV to resolve an issue may result in denial of future purchasing privileges.
