Shipping Policy

Valley ATV, LLC

Valley ATV, LLC is committed to processing and shipping orders as quickly and accurately as possible. Please review the information below for details regarding shipping methods, processing times, and delivery conditions.


Free Shipping

·        Free standard shipping on orders $75 or more, excluding oversized, freight, or special-handling items.

·        Orders under $75 will be charged a shipping rate calculated at checkout.

·        Oversized or freight items (such as large tires, plows, bumpers, or bulky accessories) may incur additional shipping charges, which will be calculated or communicated prior to shipment.


Shipping Carriers

Orders are shipped using one or more of the following carriers, depending on package size, weight, and destination:

·        USPS Ground Advantage

·        FedEx Ground / Home Delivery

·        UPS Ground

Carrier selection is determined by Valley ATV and cannot be guaranteed or selected by the customer.


Order Processing & Shipping Times

·        Most in-stock orders placed before 12:00 PM EST ship the same business day.

·        Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST are typically processed on the next business day.

·        Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

If an item is not in stock, requires special handling, or is subject to an unexpected delay, Valley ATV will contact the customer by email or phone.


Alaska & Hawaii Shipments

Orders shipping to Alaska or Hawaii may experience an additional 3–5 business day delay, depending on carrier availability and destination. Additional shipping charges may apply.


Weather & Carrier Delays

Valley ATV is not responsible for shipping delays caused by weather conditions, natural disasters, or carrier-related disruptions. Once an order has been transferred to the carrier, delivery timelines are determined by the carrier.


Signature on Delivery (High-Value Orders)

For certain high-value orders, Valley ATV may require a signature upon delivery to protect against loss or theft. Availability of signature confirmation depends on the carrier and shipping method selected. Signature delivery cannot be guaranteed in all cases.


Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Valley ATV is not responsible for delays, additional fees, or lost packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.


Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has shipped and tracking information has been provided, Valley ATV is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. Customers must contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim or request further investigation.


Sales Tax

·        Sales tax is applied to orders shipped within the United States where required by law.

·        Applicable taxes are calculated automatically at checkout based on the shipping destination.
